These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Hireel ("Hireel", "we", "us"). They cover your use of hireel.ai and our AI video and image tools (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Hireel is an AI video agent. It lets you create and edit videos and images with AI models, using text prompts and reference files such as images, video clips, and audio.
To use most features, you need an account. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country. You agree to give correct information and to keep your account safe. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Please tell us right away at support@hireel.ai if you think someone else is using it.
We may add, change, or remove features and AI models at any time. Some models come from third-party providers, and their results, speed, and availability may change.
Credits. Creating videos and images uses credits. The number of credits each task uses depends on the model, length, resolution, and other settings. The panel shows the cost before you click Generate. Bonus credits from sign-up, check-ins, invites, feedback, or shares may expire and have no cash value.
Subscriptions. Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Each billing period adds the credits included in your plan. You can cancel at any time from your account. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and it will not renew.
Credit packs. One-time credit packs are charged once and do not renew.
Payments. Payments are handled by our payment providers, such as Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay and may change in the future. Price changes will not affect a billing period you have already paid for. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are not refundable. If you think you were charged by mistake, contact us at support@hireel.ai and we will look into it.
Failed generations. If a generation fails because of a problem on our side or the model provider's side, the credits for that task are returned to your account.
Your inputs. You keep the rights you have in the prompts and files you upload. You give us permission to store and process them, and to send them to AI model providers, only to run the Service for you.
Your results. As between you and Hireel, you may use the videos and images you create. Paid plans include watermark-free downloads and commercial use, such as ads, client work, and products. A commercial license is available in your account while your plan is active.
Your responsibility. AI results can be wrong, odd, or similar to other content. You are responsible for checking your results and for how you use them. You must have the rights to everything you upload, including any person's face, voice, or likeness.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We may remove content, pause features, remove credits gained through abuse, or close accounts that break these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will always be available, error-free, or that results will meet your needs.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hireel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Some places do not allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you. You agree to protect Hireel from claims that come from your content or your misuse of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make important changes, we will let you know on the site or by email. If you keep using the Service after changes take effect, you accept the new Terms.
