This Privacy Policy explains how Hireel ("Hireel", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use hireel.ai and our AI video and image tools (the "Service"). We wrote it in plain words so it is easy to read. If you have a question, email us at support@hireel.ai.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address. If you sign in with Google or GitHub, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from that provider. We do not receive your password for those services.

Content you provide. This includes the prompts you write and the files you upload, such as images, video clips, and audio. It also includes the videos and images the Service creates for you, and any feedback you send us.

Payment information. Payments are handled by our payment providers, such as Stripe. They collect your card or wallet details. We do not store your full card number. We keep a record of your plan, orders, invoices, and credit balance.

Usage and device information. We collect basic data about how you use the Service. This includes pages you visit, buttons you click, the models you use, your browser type, device type, IP address, and rough location based on your IP address. We use cookies and similar tools to keep you signed in and to understand how the Service is used.

Referral and reward information. If you join through an invite link, check in for daily rewards, or submit a social post for credits, we record that activity so we can give the right rewards and prevent abuse.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and run your account, and keep you signed in.
• Make the videos and images you ask for, and show your history in your account.
• Process payments, add credits, and manage your plan.
• Give rewards for check-ins, invites, feedback, and shares.
• Send you service messages, such as sign-in codes, receipts, and important updates.
• Answer your support requests.
• Keep the Service safe, stop fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service.
• Understand how people use the Service so we can fix problems and make it better.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your private uploads to advertise to you.

3. How We Share Information

We share information only when needed to run the Service:

• AI model providers. To create your video or image, we send your prompt and reference files to the AI model provider that runs the model you chose. They process this content to return your result.
• Service providers. We use trusted companies for hosting, data storage, email delivery, payments, bot protection, and analytics. They can only use your information to provide their service to us.
• Legal reasons. We may share information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our users, the public, or Hireel.
• Business changes. If Hireel is part of a merger, sale, or similar event, your information may move to the new owner. This policy will still protect it.

4. Data Retention and Security

We keep your account information for as long as your account is open. We keep your generated videos and images so you can find them in your account, until you delete them or close your account. We keep payment and order records for as long as tax and accounting laws require.

We use reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect your information. These include encrypted connections (HTTPS), limited staff access, and secure cloud storage. No system is 100% secure, so we cannot promise perfect security. Please keep your email account safe, since we use it to sign you in.

5. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see, correct, download, or delete your personal information, and to object to some uses of it. You can:

• Update your profile in your account settings.
• Delete your generated content from your account.
• Delete your account from your account page. This removes your content and remaining credits and cannot be undone.
• Block or delete cookies in your browser. Some parts of the Service may not work without them.
• Ask us about your data by emailing support@hireel.ai.

The Service is not meant for children under 13, or under the minimum age required in your country. We do not knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make important changes, we will let you know on the site or by email. The date at the top shows the latest version.
